"¡Excelente servicio! La persona que nos atendió estuvo siempre al pendiente de nuestra mesa, muy amable, simpática y paciente. El sazón de la comida estuvo bastante rico, pedimos unas boneless y unas papas con queso para compartir; todo estuvo excelente. Nuestras bebidas también estuvieron ricas, y no tardaron en prepararlas. La ubicación está bien, al estar en el último piso no hay mucho ruido y uno puede platicar a gusto. La única recomendación es tener alguna chamarra en caso de que el día está helado."

"I think the place has a lot of potential. The people and staff are clearly trying their best. Unfortunately the place was very noisy, they got my order and check wrong. I hope they pick it up because the potential is there. I’m sure I can come back and give it another try."

"Really yummy latte options. Had a pistachio one half-sweet and it was perfect. My friend had a lavender she loved. The chilaquiles were good and bacon was thick and yummy on the avocado toast. Outdoor seating was nice."

"This is the second location I visit, which has different menu and different beverages. I specially liked the carajillo, have a variety of drinks and appetizers or meal. You’ll find them inside the mall. Coffee is also good. Appropriate to visit with some friends to hang out"

"Milo and Rocco in Plaza Peninsula is an attractive and modern coffeehouse/restaurant. We dropped in hoping to get a bite to eat and some coffee on a chilly and windy day. Upon entering we were greeted immediately and seated at a corner table. The interior is not huge but they also have an outdoor seating area for overflow or for those who like the fresh air on a warmer day. Our service started off well asking for our drink order. I had a caramel latte and my partner ordered an espresso alcoholic drink. We had decided on a grilled cheese with birria sandwich to eat but when the waiter returned to take our food order he said they didn’t have any birria. We asked for a few minutes to look at the menu further. That seemed to be our biggest mistake because it took forever for anyone to come back and ask us what we would like. By that point we had decided just to finish our drinks and go somewhere else to eat. Attempting to get our bill also took an inordinate amount of time. They weren’t super busy but we had to ask three people before we finally received the bill. Pluses: Cool space, great vibes and music, excellent drinks. Minus: Service, while friendly enough, really needs improvement in timing and attentiveness."
